About
Dr. Elena Marsh, PsyD
I became a psychologist because I kept noticing the same thing: most people don't need to be fixed. They need a steady place to think, to feel what they actually feel, and to be met by someone who is paying close attention. That is the room I try to hold.
My approach draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and emotionally focused work with couples — but the method always bends to the person, never the other way around. Sessions with me tend to feel less like an appointment and more like a thoughtful, honest conversation with a clear direction.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, and the quiet ache of transitions — and with couples who want to stop having the same argument and start having a different conversation.
